These are perfect if you have small ear canals and like to go to sleep listening to a podcast/radio etc. I have struggled for a long time to find ear buds that dont hurt after 30 mins. These are so comfortable and the sound quality for what I need is fine. The battery life is sufficient for my uses so no issues there. The price is good value so I would recommend this product if you have small ear canals and are looking for comfortable buds tou can side sleep in.

Why did you choose this product over others?: I wanted these to fit under my motorcycle helmet without hurting my ears and to connect easily to my phone. These are slim and do not hurt my ears unlike some other makes I've tried. Connection is quick and reliable sound quality is good so overall pleased with these.

I bought these because another pair I have are very bulky and continually fall out, so these are MUCH better in that respect. However, there is no button, divot or any other indication where you are supposed to tap to control the audio! I feel I have randomly double tapped in every place and very rarely manage to do what I want it to do! I bought these for home use as I live with "one ear in" so I can always listen to audiobooks, but also be aware if someone talks to me, and so I can easily control the audio from my phone due to the poor controls. As I am listening to audiobooks rather than music the quality is fine. Perhaps I'm not that discerning, but my criteria are fit, cost and battery/playing time, so the annoying controls are not the end of the world for me. They do the job, so it's fine.

These earbuds are so cute and adorable, but the sound quality is terrible. It's all high frequency treble, with no bass, and frequencies seem to be missing. The voice instructions where the woman speaks through the buds are in Chinese. I tried adjusting them using my phone equaliser, this made them worse. Reviews that say good quality need to try some Soundcore for quality!! These are fine for voice and podcasts, but not music.

I recently purchased the SK19 wireless earbuds and charging case from your store but am experiencing an issue. After charging the case for over an hour with the earbuds inside, the case and earbuds have not charged beyond 60%. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this issue by providing troubleshooting steps or offering a replacement. However, I have now succeeded in charging the case to 100%. I think this was achieved by using a different lead or leaving the case open while charging and/oI recently purchased the SK19 wireless earbuds and charging case from your store, but I was experiencing an issue. I already have some Apple AirPods but needed a cheaper pair of wireless earphones for work & under a helmet. Very impressed at how good the sound quality is, truthfully they sound as good as my AirPods. I haven’t had them long enough to really judge how well they’ll last & it’s battery life capacity however, they’ve held their charge well for the time I’ve had them. They’re a good fit for my ears but I do have quite small ears. The case tells you the battery life of the ear phones but it doesn’t tell you the battery life remaining of the charging case but for the price, you can’t really go wrong with these & they’re cheap to replace.
