Love this roasted green chili salsa. Has good heat and the flavor is wonderful. I eat this on everything and will definitely be buying more.

I use these in a meal prep recipe "Green Chili Chicken Bowls" by "StayFitMom". They are prefect for the recipe and are just the right amount of heat. The jar is enough to make two (five bowl) batches. I love them and keep this recipe on repeat rotation.

I am born and raised from NM, but currently live in the PNW. Good green chili is so hard to come by and since this year the crops were not that hot we didn’t order a sack. But my family and I really wanted enchiladas so we gave this a try. Was super surprised that it even had that smell of you know it’s going to have good heat. It’s not burn your mouth but has a good bite. If you know you know. Definitely recommend and definitely plan to order again. So thankful that finally found a good piece of home.

It was good but not spicy enough for my taste . Probably be good if mixed with hotter peppers.

Roasted green chile is one of my absolute favorite flavors. I’m always trying new hot sauces and salsas whenever I can, and I have a ton of different favorites. This is so good.The heat level is dangerous, but only because it’s not hot enough that it’ll force you to take a break to stop eating.Of course, heat is subjective, but for me this is a nice amount of heat that you can feel. It’s not like most other salsas labeled “hot” that are literally mild, but it’s not like the few try hard salsas where you’re dipping your food in battery acid.I live in Arizona, and I hope I can find this locally so I don’t have to go bankrupt from buying jars of gods delicious green Chile nectar from Amazon.

I wasn't sure about buying this at the price point. I try sauces and salsas and never like them as much as the fresh stuff but I decided to give this a try. It was amazing and worth every penny! I WILL BUY THIS AGAIN.It was perfectly spiced and flavorful. There are so many uses for this sauce but here is what I did: I added this sauce, some sour cream and some spicy guacamole to cooked, shredded chicken and sautéed red onions and used it for enchilada filling. I made a quick sauce for the top again with some of this sauce, sour cream and guac. Topped with Mexican cheese and baked. My husband said these were the best enchiladas I have EVER made and we have been married for 9 yrs and have a frequent enchilada night:) If you are considering this product- buy it! It won't disappoint.
