Q: What’s the warranty on this system?

The system comes with one year limited manufacturer warranty and lifetime tech support. We offer 2 additional year of extended warranty if the system is register within 2 month of system purchases.

Q: Can anyone tell me the diameter of hole for the faucett ...what size it needs to be ? Having a counter installed tomorrow and need to know the size !

The diameter of the hole needed to mount the faucet can be in between 3/4" to 1 1/4".

Q: How long does the filter last? And how much is it to replace?

It varies based on the condition of source water that it is treating. We recommend replacing stage 1 & 2 once every 9 to 12 months, and the 3rd stage membrane and 4th stage post filter once every 2 years.

Q: is the tank plastic or stainless interior?

The tank opening is made of stainless steel. The inner bladder is made of food-grade Butyl rubber that is very similar to the bubble gums.
