Sport Electrolyte Tablets for Proactive Hydration, Mixed Flavors, 4 Pack (40 Servings)

Nuun is still one of my favorite electrolyte options, especially because it has much less sugar than a lot of other electrolyte tablets on the market. It dissolves well, tastes clean, and does what it’s supposed to do when you need hydration support. I use these regularly and genuinely feel better when I’m consistent with electrolytes, whether that’s for workouts, long days, or overall hydration. Personal thought: My only real downside is the packaging and flavor variety. This pack came with four bottles of the same flavor, and by the time I got to the third one, I was honestly a bit tired of it. I would have loved a mix — maybe two bottles of one flavor and two of another — just to keep things from getting repetitive. That said, the quality is still there. If you’re looking for a lower-sugar electrolyte option that works well and tastes good, Nuun is a solid choice.

TL;DR: these are pretty great and incredibly convenient. I'd recommend giving them a shot! I ordered these after discovering another brand of effervescent electrolyte tablets-- their flavor was awesome and I loved the convenience of a fizzy tablet, but they cost twice as much as these (the only way I could justify getting them in the first place was finding them at a significant discount.) Though a far cry from athletic, I've found I benefit from electrolyte supplements (most notably with mental clarity and energy level) and I really wanted an easy way to get extra electrolytes in a way that my novelty-seeking brain will actually remember to include in a routine, which means flavor is important-- I've tried flavorless drops and I don't remember to use them on a regular basis because it's not an enjoyable thing for me. I need flavor! When I found these, I was half-expecting to find the flavors disappointing in comparison with the other brand, but I figured I'd give them a shot and just chug them if needed. I got the 6-flavor variety pack to see which flavors were most 'tolerable,' and when I received them I was disappointed to find that the box seal had been removed and there were only 4 flavors in it (two had duplicates.) I contacted customer service and the Amazon rep ordered a replacement and told me I didn't have to return the 'oops.' Having not tried them yet, now I was REALLY hoping I'd find at least one of the flavors tolerable (as I'd now have a large supply of them, heh!) To my delighted surprise, I enjoy these just as much as I liked the more expensive brand. So far I've tried the two flavors I received duplicates of (fruit punch and lemon lime,) and I enjoy both-- of all the flavors, lemon lime was the one I anticipated being the worst as I don't usually like it anyway, but it's actually pretty good! They do taste like electrolyte supplement drinks-- not downright salty, but certainly a purposeful drink instead of a purely pleasureful one. That said, I think they're pretty great. I appreciate the bottles, too; I can easily take them along with me and the tablets come out without a struggle (but they also don't all come tumpling out at once.) They are larger tablets, both diameter- and thickness-wise, so keep in mind you'll not be able to just plunk one into a disposable water bottle without breaking it into pieces first. For a wider bottle or a glass/tumbler though, they drop straight in and dissolve pretty quickly. Based on the flavors I've tried so far, I definitely anticipate keeping my subscription to the variety pack (instead of picking a flavor I find 'most tolerable' as I originally thought I might have to) and dont think I'll have any issue remembering to drink them routinely, as I enjoy them!

Great for recovery after running! I can tell that these help my hydration and they taste great! Sometimes they take a while to dissolve and you have to make sure to wait and then mix well otherwise the flavor does not disperse well.

Sugar free, taste good and does help curb my sweet tooth. Lmt is saltier and I probably favor it but maybe too salty for health benefits!

Love Nuun and this flavor! I drink it by itself and sometimes I mix it with flavored water pack to make my own "refresher". My kids also love it. They play multiple sports and it helps tremendously with hydration.

I pop one of these in a container of water when my husband is working outside in the hot NC sun. He quickly feels rehydrated and his energy is restored. They taste good, dissolve within 3-4 minutes, and are convenient to carry in my bag.

I like the watermelon flavor a lot. I tried the lemon-lime and found out it didn't agree with me. I'd suggest trying just one bottle of tablets directly from a store first, if you can. Flavors are so specific to a person that what one person likes, another hates. Happy to find these in boxes of 4 on Amazon. These are a basic electrolyte with a bare minimum of sugar and no caffeine. They work well for me on heavy workouts and longer runs. The price is right - not as expensive as some other more highly advertised brands. These also work for me when traveling. I break a couple of tablets in half and use half in my water bottle on very long flights. The tablets are a lot easier to pack than powders. Less messy. No TSA issues. Perfect for keeping up with my running or gym workouts on vacation.

I love these Nuun Tablets! I’ve tried many different electrolytes tablets for health issues and these are by far my favorite and the most effective for me. Flavors are great and have quality ingredients. Will be purchasing again!

Packaging was completely destroyed within the outer packaging. Normally comes a bit damaged but this time the box wasn't even together.

the items arrived absolutely destroyed but the seller made up for it so that's good, but I managed to find 2 of the 6 tubes intact, they hydrate really well and taste great (strawberry lemonade and tropical something). Will order another when I need more, hopefully next time I'll get the package in 1 piece
