Excellent for Cat Owners
We have cats. As a cat owner, one of the worst sounds you can hear at 3am is the horking of a hairball. And one of the worst feelings on the bottom of you foot at 6am is stepping into said hairball when you first get out of bed. (Why cats always choose the carpet for these episodes is beyond me.) But Mella Magic is our saving grace. Spot-clean the gunk, spray/soak it with Mella Magic, give it a few minutes... and it's gone. Easy-peasy clean-up. Works wonders, smells amazing. We are on our second bottle (we have very furry, hork-y kitties), and we love it. Can't recommend this product enough!

Works as well as the description says, as well as other consumer reviews :)When used as directed, it works very well indeed. Takes out stain and odor without any "perfumy" cover-up fragrance.Will buy this again!

It works!
I was skeptical at first but for a money back guarantee I thought I would at least try, to my most pleasant surprise this product WORKED!!! No more odor!!!

Not particularly effective
It lessened the stains a little bit, but a little bit less of a stain is still a stain and therefore the product is useless as far as I am concerned.

Not as described. This product shows a spray top with a trigger that was not included.
I had to throw away another product to get a spray bottle as I needed to apply it right away. The add shows the spray top but only a flat top on the bottle and a pour top that does not spray. So far I would say it is 75% effective only time will tell but I do have hope it will work in the long run.

I should've taken before and after pictures!!!
I have tried EVERYTHING!! After almost 20 years of well-behaved housebroken dogs, I now have a little Houdini male Maltese. Seriously this little dog will find carpet or rugs anywhere he can, gates don't work. SO believe me when I tell you I have tried every floor cleaner out there! I followed the instructions and then used my little carpet cleaner. The spots are gone! ALL of them. One room in particular where my daughter's dogs used to sleep, he has lost interest in. I have even used this on my hardwood floors. Seeing is believing!(P.S. After a youthful get together at my house, I learned that this also works on red wine.)

We love our area rug & hate to give up on ...
The smell is still in our area rug...maybe it needs more treatments? Are there commercial companies in Phoenix, Az. that use Mella products? We love our area rug & hate to give up on it.
