Love it
Got this for my daughter. The details on how to put it together are quite cool. Glue and wires made it more fun. Came with a very nicely detailed instruction booklet. Super cute overall

Great Hobby
Some of the parts could use an upgrade, a better blade for example. Otherwise super cute, engaging and fun.

A fun yet tedious craft
The other reviews mirror my experience with this book nook. It’s my third one putting together and by far the most tedious. I bought it for my mom but she couldn’t do it herself so I did it for her. Every last thing has to be cut and glued. Nothing just snaps together. You spend a lot of time holding pieces together long enough for the glue to set.The plastic roof at the end was ever so slightly too long and had to be cut to make it fit. I also had a really hard time getting all the walls to snap on. I had to gently lay the whole thing on its side to get the leverage I needed to be able to push down hard enough while holding the pieces lined up at the same time. All that said, in the end it all came together as pictured and as I have no life and enjoy quiet activities, I had fun doing it. Did all of my flowers turn out as pictured? No, not even one. But the final product is still really cute. The instructions made sense for the most part, you just have to look very closely and follow them in order (I tried to skip a step at one point and had to go back and undo it). The wood felt a little flimsy but not a single piece broke, and there were plenty of “extra” pieces just in case. I had no problem with the glue and used every last drop. The tweezers it came with were helpful but I used my own scissors. Cutting out the small pieces of paper were hard to get perfect but I also forgot until halfway through that there was an included razor. This was a cute and fun book nook, as long as you know what you are getting yourself into. The 10-12 hour assembly time seems accurate.

Not Great
Update: The electric component is missing the negative charge. Do not waste your money on this product. It will not light up.So I love the idea of this product. I just don’t think the execution is all that great.1) Instead of using artificial semi-realistic flowers, this project has you constructing incredibly small flowers from paper. Absolutely not. I bought artificial miniature flowers and it looks way better.2) Some stuff that they have you doing cut outs for are ridiculous. Like constructing a watering can from paper was not on my bingo card. Just add miniatures where construction is tedious and has the potential to look ugly if mistakes happen.3) The walls are not done for you. You have to cut out the outer walls and glue it to card board. Not great. This product feels ill-thought out, lazy, and overall not what I expected quality wise.

Love the finished product!
The media could not be loaded. This is my 3rd 3d puzzle.98% of the directions are straightforward and easy to followI used my own glueHaving small craft tools like tweezers and X-Acto knife, and small pliers helped with the fine details but It was still somewhat challenging to assemble the very tiny thingsUltimately it all came together beautifully! The thing I struggled with the most was towards the end, getting the plastic cover to fit through the “roof“. I ended up trimming the smallest amount off of the plastic to get it to fit better, minimal trouble after that.

A most enjoyable kit
I find these kind of kits challenging, I'm not good at the fine work it requires to make flowers and upholstery and I will admit I skipped a couple of things like upholstering the chair. But I loved doing this kit and was even more so after I was done. I'm really proud of it. I had a small fumble when I started and broke the first frame I installed. It is in back and there are flowers in front of it so it's hard to see. Highly recommend this one. It looks great in person and is at least for me somewhat of a challenge.
