Nice replacement for glass doorknob. Easily installed.

I love the charm of the glass door knobs but not the price. These were a perfect replacement! Reasonably priced, perfect fit and matches my older glass door knobs in the house. The door knob is functional, nice weight- didn't feel flimsy and fits perfect.

These doorknobs are awesome. Out home was built in the 1800s. Most of the original old doorknobs were removed. These make a nice addition to our old home

Reasonable quality glass knob with plated brass boss swaged onto it. A single set screw hole is drilled and tapped into the boss. Mine came with no set screws. Note that the thread on the set screws is now 1/4-20 (older versions of this knob used 1/4-28 set screws). The failure mode of the older knobs is when the swaging lets go and the glass knob begins to rotate freely in the boss, thus rendering it unable to overcome the lock's friction and retract the latch. I expect that these will eventually fail the same way. Personally, I prefer to scrap the stock set screws and use a 1/4" allen screw. The lack of stock screws was not a problem. The knobs are easy to install and they work well.

Love this I was doing a home improvement and thought about this for my bathroom door. It really adds that extra level.

Good quality, I got two packs one brass one silver/chrome so I could match chrome in bathroom and have the brass matching the hall. I used the extra silver on the basement side of that door, that’s not seen. That’s it the house door handles are all original looking.

I had replaced the vintage door knobs and latch assembly about 4 years ago with a replica assembly after the original ones were beyond repair without any new parts. Unfortunately they were in a rental house and the door knob came loose and the tenants ended up stripping the threads. I bought this new knob and it was a perfect fit in the latch mechanism I had replaced 4 years ago. I would recommend this door knob.
