It’s cute and soft and flowy. But the seam on the shoulders make it look odd. It doesn’t lie flat on my shoulder/arm.

I am 5’3, 118 pounds and I ordered this top in small. It fits perfectly, although it is long on me so I will tuck it in with my white jeans or capris.
