Useful to use when you have bowel movement problems.
It came in a recyclable plastic bottle instead of a glass one as previously. The plastic dosage cup wasn't broken like in the past.Effective, good value for money. Easy to use.

Definitely works. Make sure you follow the correct dosage. Do not repeat what I did the first time and swigged out of the bottle you might be surprised. Of course everyone different but I would recommend it far better than certain sachet type laxatives.
