Better Than the Ground
I do not have a lot of experience with camping pads. This is only my second one. I think this is definitely comfortable enough considering the price and how packable it is. It does roll up very small and comes with a little packable bag with a drawstring. I blew it up by mouth and it was definitely pretty easy to inflate. The inflation valve is also set up so you can use a pump to inflate but frankly if I can carry a heavy pump with me then I will also bring a thicker and more comfortable air mattress. This is definitely more of a minimalist pad for backpacking or other weight limitations. My only complaint is it makes a weird crackling noise when you're laying on it.

Perfect for Outdoor Adventures!
The Bear Grylls Inflatable Sleeping Pad is a game-changer for camping! It inflates quickly, is lightweight, and packs down small for easy storage. The durable material provides excellent insulation and comfort, making even rough terrain feel manageable. I had a restful night's sleep without feeling the ground beneath me. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys camping or hiking and needs reliable gear!

Uncomfortable
There is really nothing good to say besides light weight and compact but comfort is not good at all. Might as well sleep on the ground

Small, lightweight, great for backpacking
I loved this sleeping pad because it rolls up small so you can take it backpacking.Otherwise I like my other sleeping pads better, they are just too big to take backpacking. I use them for camping when I can drive them to the campsite in my car. This pad is a bit noisy rolling over. That is probably my biggest complaint. You have to blow it up with your mouth. Not self-inflating like my other pads.A bit slippery and sometimes my sleeping bag slides off it.Otherwise, it's a great pad. Comfortable, easy to fold up, easy to hike with. I will continue to use it backpacking.

Nice sleeping pad
This is a nice sleeping pad that is inflatable. My sleeping bag is nice and puffy, but the ground is still really hard! This inflates very easily and gives me a nice soft cushion to sleep on. So far so good!

Basic Sleeping Pad
Ok, so I like Bear Grylls and I think that he should know a bit about outdoor gear. That being said, this sleeping pad that bears his name (no pun intended) is sufficient for its intended purpose but is very basic. Here are the pros and cons as I see them:Pros- Small footprint and lightweight. This sleeping pad will not take up a lot of space or add a lot of weight to your pack.- Nice carry bag that seems to be waterproof. It has a cinch string with a plastic locker to keep it from coming open.- Good length. At 6' 2" long, this thing would easily be long enough for most people.- Fast inflation. I was able to inflate it in literally a matter of seconds.- Fast deflation. The quick deflate opening allows the air to escape quickly.Cons:- Marginally comfortable. At just 2" thick, I did not expect this to feel like a luxury air mattress but if you sit on it you can definitely feel the ground under you. Laying down, however does keep you up off of the ground. The diamond pattern basically makes it like a bunch of air pillows. I think it would be best for back or stomach sleepers.- Difficult inflate valve. The inflate valve is very tight. So tight, in fact that my 4 D-cell Coleman pump could not muster enough power to open the valve to inflate the mattress (maybe because the pump is an older one and has lost some of its power?). I ended up having to inflate it by blowing into it. And, even then I had to blow very hard and the valve made a squeaking sound like I was just doing enough to get the air to go by. However, it did inflate very quickly this way and absolutely no air leaked back out.- Slick, crinkly material. The mattress is made of a slick material that is very crinkly and loud when not inflated. Perhaps this is because it is new and will change over time with use.- Narrow width. At only 23" wide, this mattress is a bit on the narrow side. It was ok for me, but larger users should take note of this. You may be sleeping partly on and partly off of this mattress. In sum, this mattress is fine for backcountry camping or backpacking where you want to keep your sleeping bag off of the ground but where size and weight are also extremely important. However, if you are not constrained by size and weight requirements there are far more comfortable options available.

Great for keeping on your without using up much space
Everyone needs some kind of mattress pad these day while camping. It doesn't haven't to be so painful. Like this, light weight, gets the job done, and easy install. Simple and to the point. Save your body during camping season and give it some cushion.

i've seen better
Like most "Bear Grylls" items, they're usually just a cash in on a brand. This is no exception. It's an OK sleeping pad, but not sure if I'd trust it on a backpacking trip.As such, that means I'd only use it for car camping, but I have superior heavy sleeping pads for that purpose. So this will just serve as a backup for car camping for my kids.(Trust me, you always want a backup pad for when one goes bad)
