One Step- 5 lbs.

Started using it for homebrewing, where it’s perfect, no cleanup or residue. Turns out it’s also amazing as a general cleaner - I use it all the time on enamel sinks and caked on pans and it does amazing work, just add some One Step and water and let it sit for 12 hours, done. Beats scrubbing.

I ferment and found this through fermenting company's and just Love it. I use it for everything. Cleaning kitchen washing dishes just spray them and rinse and spray again. No they don't want these companies competion with everyday dish soap and cleaners and keep them separate..... You have to look for them.

I buy the 5lb. of one step cleaner, because it is so much cheaper than buying the small container. It was exactly what I wanted, and I already had a bucket to put the bag in. I can load the small containers out of the large bucket and it will last me about 5 years. Yes I would recommend buying it this way, and I will do it again.

I use this every time my carboys need cleaning. I was buying it in 1 pound packages and when I saw this I had to get it. However this does not come in a bucket as described, but a large zip lock bag. The container is not a big deal but the product description is not accurate.

This is the best cleanser for homebrewing. Add this plus water and let it sit for a few minutes. I’ve used this for years and never had an infected batch.

We have a tap cleaning company and we use this product because you don't have to also run a rinse cycle. It just saves time, but I think it's expensive. The price fluctuates quite a bit actually. It will vary sometimes as much as $6 from the previous order and I order almost every month.

When sanitizing my brewing equipment, the last thing I want is chemical residue. That isn’t a problem here and it’s cost effective, too. I’ve used this on some pretty yeasty items and I haven’t had a contaminated batch yet.
