I ordered this to repair vinyl lining inside an expensive purse. Vinyl lining and expensive don't necessarily go together, and it is a surprise that this famous brand chose this material. However, I used this as my everyday purse for a very long time and I have never seen them use this type of lining since then. However, instead of relining the purse, I chose to order this repair tape, cut it to cover the upper edge of the lining, and reinforce other places in the interior where pockets attached to the lining. It isn't obvious when opening up the purse. Since the exterior of the purse is still perfect, due to the overall quality, now I can use it again for casual situations. Good product.

So glad I purchased this for our RV. I initially tried to buy a matching colored duck tape but wasn’t able to find the right color to match out RV couch that is cheap and peeling. I have the very light beige colored furniture and the color I purchased is nearly identical. Super easy to put on and great adhesion. Keep in mind you don’t get a lot, you may need to purchase more depending on how much damage your furniture is showing. Would definitely purchase again.

The product is terrific, looks nice, and seems durable.That said, I am having a very hard time matching the tan color inside my Honda Ridgeline. I have purchased 2 rolls and still am not satisfied with the color enough to use it. Otherwise, I would give it 5 stars.

I purchased this to help cover a pretty big tear in my driver’s side front seat. When applied, the texture and color were a pretty descent match and it looked okay. I was hesitant in using tape because of appearance and adhesion. I was satisfied with appearance. Adhesion could only be tested with time. Unfortunately it did not take long before the tape started to become undone and “slide” from its original position. With 5 days the adhesive became goopy and the tape peeled away at the edges. I pulled it off with no problem, but it left a sticky residue on the seat which then transferred onto my hands and clothes. This is very typical of tape adhesives. I can’t fault it 100%. I did place it on a car seat with a lot of “body movements”- ha. It’s hard to properly describe your bottom sliding onto and off of a surface day in and day out and not sound a little juvenile. This plus being in a car during the summer probably did not help the adhesive either. So key take aways: 1. Looks good 2. Probably not for use on items that have heavy usage and/or have extreme temperatures.

Purchased to repair Thomas Payne recliner in our 5th wheel. The material started to crack on one recliner & used this to cover it. The color was a little darker than we expected but did head area of both chairs so they would match. Worked great, easy to measure, cut & apply. Looks great& prevented further spread of cracks. Will buy more if seats begin to crack, hopefully won’t have too!

color is close, did not expect exact match. Easy to cut, easy to apply. It has only been on 2 days but no complaints as of now.

Perfect to repair a peeling chair. It adheres strong and looks very good. Great solution short of buying a new chair. Thanks.

Good so far. Unsurprisingly white on the very edges as would be expected, but cut easily and applied easily. Pretty sticky, but don't know if it would last if you were sliding over the edges often. The best part of it was being the right color: kind of a dark creamy khaki which was hard to find. I've included pictures so you can see the color better for this particular version...
