Great Machine, shocking delivery/install
The machine is so quite and has a range of programmes. The 20kg drum means I'm doing less loads over the week. I'm very pleased with the machine so far. However the delivery/installation was shocking. I paid for it to be install but because there's a dishwasher in between the space and the sink the drivers told me I needed a plumber. They left but also left muddy footprints all over my hallway carpet *they didn't use shoe coverings). I paid for a plumber who fitted machine inn5 mins and said it was easy and didn't need a plumber, the delivery men should've been able to do it. So that was £60 call out fee wasted. So not happy that it's caused me a loss of £60 plus an ongoing dispute with amazon's insurance company to claim £35 for my carpet to be washed. In future, I'll not use their installation service....

Fantastic value and quality
For the price of £360 this is insanely good value. A cut above the Zanussi's and Whirlpool's. You can tell when using it that this machine is made from good quality solid parts that will last like a Bosch. Super quiet in operation too so it won't annoy the flat downstairs. And 10kg drum is the icing on tge cake. Do not hesitate to buy that this price.

The washing machine did not work when delivered.
The machine would not drain. Technician came but could not fix it. The machine was removed.
