I am giving this to a little dog that has cancer. I do a lot of things that I believe are helping, but this has been a big part of her supportive care and I truly believe it helps bolster the immune system. I started out with the chewable K-9 immunity tabs (also made by Aloha) but switched to this just because it is the same thing but a less expensive way to give it. (I break the capsules and give a quarter capsule twice a day for this 16 lb. dog.) I also buy the K-9 Immunity - see my other review- and give it (1/2 cap 2x day) along with this.The dog has had cancer for almost 2 years now and is going strong. We tried one chemo treatment but it made her so sick we decided to just give her Piroxicam (RX from vet) and this. So far, she is enjoying great quality of life and has surprised me and the vet with her strength and longevity. I cannot give a higher recommendation. It is well worth it! Thank You for a quality product!
