The broom was easy to assemble. It didn't take me a long time, and it wasn't really necessary to read the instructions. It has a good, solid handle. I don't feel much discomfort when using it to sweep for an extended amount of time. As for the broom itself, no bristles fell out after an hour of use. It holds up quite well. The bristles are stiff, making it great for outdoor cleaning. It works as expected.

This heavy duty broom does sweep debris well, as each bristle is larger and stiffer than other typical brooms with the straw like bristles. You don't have to sweep over the same area again and again with this broom. I use it for residential work, as opposed to commercial, which may be a factor. Not sure why it comes with a storage bag, as I have no need to cover and/or protect it, but it's a nice bonus anyway. It was very easy to assemble and only took me about 2 to 3 minutes.

Broom is sturdy and sweeps up dirt and debris well. Worked on my porch wood slat flooring as well as a shed that has concrete flooring and cleaned them both easily.I had to deduct one star since one piece of the handle was defective and would not stay screwed into the adjoining piece - just kept spinning. Since I am short, I am perfectly fine with leaving it out, but if a taller person was using it, it would be an issue.

We have a lot of leaves and dirt on the ground, so it helps that it is easy to use. It did slip off a few times, but I fixed it (I did it incorrectly), so it is well worth the money. Additionally, it is thick, durable, and easy to clean. I also think it will last for a long time. The material does not fall off easily. It's tall and comfortable to grip, which I appreciate. Additionally, it is not at all hefty. Additionally, it is a wonderful present.

This is a solid broom, and as described it's best for outdoors. I'm not wild about the multipart handles that mail order brooms come with, but this one is sturdy enough when assembled. The head is unusually thick plastic bristles, almost like weed whacker string. It works fine outdoors, indoors it doesn't get fine dust very well. It seems like it will be durable, but time will tell.

Great outdoor broom! Just as described with stiff bristles and the handle was easy to put together and very sturdy (no jiggling!). We had an outdoor broom that had seen better days, so I was very happy to see this one. We tried it on our deck, and it has some strong bristles - swept a lot of debris (mostly pine needles) in one stroke!The handle is plenty long, so folks who are shorter or taller should have no problem using this, there are no weird jagged edges on any of the pieces, and they screwed together nice and tight. Exactly what we were hoping for!

This broom is super thin, but the bristles are really thick and strong. They're held in place by a little plastic bar and a bit of glue, and that's enough to create a nice stiffness that sweeps stuff right off the sidewalk. I got this mostly to keep grass clippings out of the walk path, and it's sweeping grass, sticks, stones, and anything else I've been putting in its path right out of the way. Great broom.
