GREAT LITTLE POOL VACUUM, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! 4 MONTH UPDATE BELOW
The media could not be loaded. I actually purchased my FIRST little wonder over 2 months ago and got a second one two weeks later but lost doing these reviews in my pile of summer purchases and discovered I never gave these GREAT VACUUMS their proper reviews. FIRST let me say my pool is BIG, 30,000 gallons 30 foot diameter. SECOND let me say the liner is almost 8 years old (look at pool photo and see small not faded section where stairs were!!) and has lots of WRINKLES. THIRD, the pool main electric motor filter is on a timer with a set schedule where I do the pool work when I can fit it in and depending on weather and guests coming over for pool time fun. With that said I will first say HOW GREAT THESE VACUUMS ARE!! Now, the GOOD, THE BAD and the UGLY... THE GOOD, A GREAT TIME SAVER AND A " PLACE IN THE POOL AND FORGET ABOUT IT FOR 2 HOURS" DEVICE. It usually get 100% of the stuff you don't want in your pool including tiny gnats and grime you can't really see in the pool but you will see when you open up the vacuum to rinse it out. Simple to put in and take out of the pool MOST of the time, even my wife doesn't mind doing it. Easy to rinse out the filter and body itself. THE BAD, We use one at a time but have two of them for two reasons, first, the vacuum runs around the pool in a completely random matter, no pattern of any kind. Having such a large pool A FEW TIMES the vacuum has run out of power before hitting every spot and getting every leaf. Not a problem for me, but the wife loves to stare at the one leaf left in the pool until I get it out. Running out of battery power is not really the vacuum's fault 99% of the time, it has to do with the main filter pump being on and the water stream pushing both the vacuum and the debris around (owner's manual warns it's best to NOT have the pool pump on while the vacuum is running in the pool). Other times the vacuum gets stuck on one of many wrinkles in the old liner and wastes battery power trying to get itself off the wrinkle and back onto the smooth liner. If the vacuum does run out of power on a wrinkle in the middle of the pool we just have to use the 15 foot pool pole to snag the floating ring attached by a strong string (all included with the vacuum) and haul it in. If your pool is smaller than 30 feet in diameter and your pool has no or only a few small wrinkles, the battery power SHOULD BE PLENTY! The vacuum itself takes A LONG TIME to re-charge after it's run, LONG, like 6 to 8 hours. With two units we always have one ready to go, maybe even once in the morning and once at night if there has been a storm with leaves blowing around and into the pool. There is a small grip in the vacuum body, almost too small for my big hands to get a good grip, a handle of some kind would have been nice. THE UGLY, all the stuff these vacuums pulls from the pool and I don't want to wash down the laundry room sink drain, ugly. I usually wring out the filter and have a bottle of tap water ready to rinse off most of the crap onto the lawn. I also swear the vacuum is watching me watch him and teases me, heading straight for a patch of dirt and then swerving to the right just before hitting the target. NO REALLY it does that a lot! But when I leave it alone and come back an hour later, SPOTLESS....... HINTS...We bought extra filters on Amazon during Prime Days now that they are readily available. They are truly custom cut for this machine style only. There is a "Reese's peanut butter cup" looking item that fell off from inside the body (bad glue?) that had us worried after reading about "magnets by the wheel" in the owner's manual. It is in fact nothing special, just a little weight to keep the vacuum on the bottom of the pool floor. We just put it back into the bottom half of the machine before each run (but be certain to take it out of the vacuum and put into your pocket before dumping the waste water over your deck railing!!) Hope you enjoy your pool time... I think I will be putting both vacuums into the pool now, race them and wager on which one will hit a selected dirt patch first!UPDATE.... End of pool season and we used our robot pool vacuums to clean up every spot of dirt, leaves and grime before we closed the pool for the season. THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB AS USUAL!! We have been informed it is a good idea to charge the robot batteries once every 2 or 3 mouths when they aren't being used to keep the batteries in top form and not have any problem with the battery life next year. STILL A 5 STAR PRODUCT IN OUR OPINION!!

Great Pickup and Super Easy to Use
The media could not be loaded. This pool robot does a great job for such a convenient and little unit. The price is right for a diy-er and I've found that it makes keeping my pool sparkling clean so easy. It charges quickly and runs in the pool just over an hour and a half, picking up debris I didn't even know was there. It gets the tiny stuff as well as a small dead critter (frog 😢) that was on the bottom. The pool drain is no problem for the robot - it glides right over the drain and keeps moving along its path.Taking apart the unit for cleaning is a breeze. Face it - if this wasn't easy, it wouldn't get done. The lid snaps off with four heavy-duty clips and there are two filters in the unit that are easy to remove and spray off with a hose. There are four parts total (not including the string/ring for pool retrieval) and they fit back together easily and quickly. I take apart the unit, spray everything off, let it air dry, and pop it back together.Customer service on the unit is above standard. I was contacted by the company to be sure I was happy with the robot and to see if I have any questions. The robot is so simple and efficient that I did not have any questions or concerns.I highly recommend this unit for any home pool. It's efficient, easy to use, small for storage, charges quickly, and is easy to clean.

This vacuum blows my mind!!
I can't even tell you how many pool vacuums I have tried over the last 3 years. They were all nothing but disappointment. They quit working after a few uses, barely had any suction power, lasted maybe only 30 minutes in a charge, or all of the debris drained back into the pool while lifting it out. This little bugger SPEEDS around the pool so efficiently! I have never, ever seen a vacuum work so well. And it picks up literally everything. It seals tightly so no debris leaks out during removal. It parks itself at the side of the pool when it is out of power. But, I will tell you this. I have been using this since May. These photos are from today. The bottom was covered with pine needles and mowed grass. It was ugly. My little buddy worked for TWO and A HALF HOURS on a single charge before coming to a rest. I am so impressed. I hope this vacuum lasts more than 1 season. It is so powerful, easy to use, and cleaning it is a breeze! Just give it a quick spray with the hose and it's ready for it's next use! This is my 100% honest review. I was not paid for it nor did I receive it as a "free trial" product. I paid full price for this machine and I would not hesitate to purchase again if I needed to! Their customer service is also superb. They check in with ME to be sure I'm satisfied with it's performance. Go get one!

Super useful and efficient at cleaning the bottom of the pool!
We named this vacuum Bob and it did a great job cleaning grime off the bottom of the pool that had accumulated while we were on vacation. The liner looked brand new! Rated 4 stars because the flexible plug that protects the charging port from getting water inside of Bob while cleaning is not attached to anything and is VERY easy to lose. It does have a grip for the chord while charging but falls out easily after cleaning / before making it to the charger.Customer service is great and the company did refund the device so we could repurchase after this happened, but it’s still a design flaw that buyers should be aware of and could use improvement for future models. With this change this device is 💯 worth the money and would be rated 5+ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💫

It ok
Feels a little cheap. Had to return the first one. Takes a while to charge but it goes over the bottom of thr pool ok even where there were crinkled. Not top of the line but not bad. Moves pretty fast. I have a bigger pool so I can't usually get it done in one charge but picks up full leaves and debris.
