The University of Whatever was established in 2013 - Our studio and warehouse is based in rural Leicestershire. We categorise our range of athleisure / University Clothing as Great British Sportswear, which is a collaboration of Vintage, retro and modern styling worn as gym clothing, streetwear and for everyday living. 'Track & Chill.' The brand takes inspiration in its style of college and varsity clothing from the likes of Jack Wills, Abercrombie, Superdry and Franklin Marshall. However, our core values are very different, and we'd consider ourselves an unassuming brand, which is represented by the brand statement; 'Wear UOW, regardless of vocation, location & education.' Regardless of the fact we are not the biggest fans of the elitist messages given off by so call aspirational brands such as JW & Hollister, we do appreciate the quality of their college Hoodies, varsity sweater, and fantastic ranges of college sweatpants and joggers. We pride ourselves on offering: 'Simple Design, Statement Prints, and Outstanding quality.' Our range of Hoody's include our super soft heavyweight peach feel fabric, synonymous with Superdry Hoodies, and our lightweight gym hoodies made in a loop back cotton fabric. We also throw in some urban influences similar to brands such as Hype hoodies, Vintage Fila, Ellesse, Adidas Originals and Jack & Jones. Our best-selling products have always been our Premium Open Hem Sweatpants. Why change something that isn't broken? They feel and look fantastic. We have just launched our new Joggers. The slim fit Jogging Bottoms are great for the gym and chilling made in a French Terry fabric. We specialize in quality college clothing, and our biggest influence is British Sportswear, however as a brand selling varsity clothing it is incredibly difficult not to take some inspiration from American College Clothing and US Brands such as A&F and UCLA. Simple product, but beautiful quality. We hope to see you wearing out College clothing soon.
