Received the package fine. Understand its simple but instructions were all about how it works technically but not a simple plug it in and turn it on type of instructions. Also did not come with a USB adaptor to a electrical outlet. Was not aware that was needed. I have known Idea if the device is even on. No sound or lights come on once plugged into outlet. Tried the button as indicated and nothing happens. Frustrating to pay around $30 for the unit and no satisfaction that the device is on and working.

This is garbage. No indicator to let you know if it is charging or when it is fully charged. I think the test mode is the only thing that works (I could hear a tone). The other frequencies are outside the range of most adults so I could not hear anything. What makes me doubt it’s claims is that a mosquito landed on top of it.

The Ultrasonic Pest Repeller is a joke. I had 10 mosquitoes on my legs and the repeller was on the ground under my legs. Piece of junk and false advertising. There are literally no reviews on the product. They are all from other products to make it look like it got 4.8 stars. I will be returning this.
