Not the girl I was 20 years ago I found these Go Bites highly sustaining on my walk through wind and weather on the Pembrokeshire coast path last week.I also always take a few with me in case I start to fade on long drives or gruelling shopping trips.I love it that the only sugar they contain occurs naturally in the ingredients so I can eat them absolutely guilt free!
