These headphones are the best for a teenager. My 14-year-old thinks they sound great (I do too) and loves them. It comes with the new industry standard 3.5mm plug that connects to her cell phone for maximum connection to the outside world. The active noise canceling feature enables her to wear them while doing her homework without being distracted by background noise. Listen to music, do face time with friends and never miss a phone call. As a parent I like that they look durable and I’m especially happy with the automatic safe sound maximum volume control level designed to protect their hearing. I’m amazed that some of the materials used to construct these headphones are food grade materials. My daughter loves the lightweight adjustability and the soft ear cups. She loves the fact they fold up and fit into a carry bag that is small enough to slip into her back pack. When we travel, she will be glad to have the included airline adapter plug. She said “Dad, just tell them they’re comfortable, sound great, do lots of things and are easy to pack and carry”.

I travel with my 2 year old son a lot. He flies twice a month with me and we fly on smaller, regional turbo prop planes that can be pretty loud.I plug these into his Kindle kids edition and he can watch his shows or play his games on the plane. The noise canceling feature has an on off switch and works well. The sound quality is just fine for the intended use.I have actually used these several times when I fly solo and they work well for an adult, by they just barely fit over my ears as they are more kid sized.If you found my review to be helpful, please hit the "yes" button below. These only made it through one flight & didn’t make the round trip. The plug part where it charges broke or arrived broken, not sure but I was never able to charge them. The sound was ok and noise cancellation on the plane wasn’t bad, they just didn’t last at all. I threw them away and bought the slightly more expensive Sony headphones instead.

Noise canceling was great and so was sound however the durability didn’t last more then 2 weeks. My son leaned on the side and the side broke. I bought some other head phone that weren’t as delicate but they don’t cancel noise and sound as good as these ones. I wish I could have gotten a longer use out of these ones.

Doesn’t cancel all noise it’s ok

I find it very usable for everyone who has small ears. Very good solution, because I know how it was not comfornable for my kids put regular headphones. Now it is excellent. Simple but quality design and plastic. Good choice in case you have small ears.Also noice canceling good option for kids that always on their music :)

Head phones broke first use. I taped them back together with duct tape. The sound is good, noise cancellation good. But the way they are made not so good. Both pairs broke in the exact same spot.

Great value for your child, the active noise cancellation works.
