I was born with structural orthopedic issues and have experienced significant muscular discomfort as a result. Much of the tightness I experience is above my hip on the side and I was surprised how difficult it was to find a device that would leverage body weight to provide relief. This little device fit the bill though and is quite durable. It comes with a little booklet of suggested uses, but for an innovative soul, the applications are almost limitless. The neck and psoas muscles are other points of focus where relief has been observed. I love the "serrated" edges which dig into the hip more intensely than the flat edge, but there are three options depending on individual pain tolerance. Description says it is made of Extra-Firm ABS Plastic, so don't expect any give. Again, it is excellent for my application, but I have a high pain tolerance.

I am doing SNPE exercises for a while and I would say this type of exercise has transformed my body and my life. I’ve been suffering with height inflammation, neck, lower back and shoulder pain. Routine workout and even kickboxing didn’t help much. SNPE tools are very well designed to reform the body to the original shape. If you are a beginner I would recommend to use the wave pillow first and then this tool. This one works deeper in tissues, helps blood circulation and removes the pain.
