Love it, it's the best fan I bought to date love the separate turning fan so full room coverage. I will say only down side is there is numbers on the front with no explanation for what reason other than that amazing. It's not massively portable I can move it fine the Mrs is 4'8" and she can't move it all to well it's bigger than I thought and water does add weight. For me who buys the £40-£60 fans probably every year it's looking like a good investment as it looks and feels durable. The sound levels considering it is as big/tall as it is no louder than my other fans one is a "bladeless" cylindrical fan and the other a typical "bladed" office fan, and the cooling feature works we found it works best in the natural wind mode which is a cool feature night time mode i didn't like too weird for me and sporadic in the fan speeds again for me. The remote makes it even easier to use, and if you're looking to have a good fan with out air-conditioning prices or complexity this is great value for money

Really good quality fan but room for improvement.Overall I rate this 8.7 out of 10.Key features I noticed after use:•No window fittings required, easy setup.•Packed well•The top and bottom can both be faced in opposite directions meaning two people sitting in different locations can both benefit at the same time this feature is separate to its swivel mode•Sucks in the warm air and blows out cooler air•covers an average size living room (UK)•Can cool a top floor flat living room under consistent 28 celsius heat• it's tolerably quiet•Comes with cooling mode and normal fan mode•Has a large tank so when in cooling mode you can have it use ice cold water to cool the airKey things I think need improvement:•The seal, the seal on the bottom to drain the water is easily damaged and very fiddly and can leak unexpectedly if you disturb it even once to drain the fan so to drain I recommend using a hand pump or tilting it so the water exits through the larger back flap (you'll know what that is when you get the fan it's a small flap for you to put the water in)•Fan speeds are good but even on its highest it isn't overly strong, does the trick for me though so this isn't a problem.•Shipping for reasons Ive dealt with internally with Amazon and ups

Does not cool very much expensive for what is just a fan will be returning as not as described although sturdy and seems well made also was 3 days late

I liked the product .. I had 2 issues.. first it arrived on the Friday even though I bought it believing as they promised arrival on Thursday second issue was the off sign was spelt of ..looking at this from my bed greatly paying a lot of money greatly irritated me ..James ..

... but I'm sorry to say it didn't work for me. The "zapper" works well, as does the swinging multispeed fan and it's very easy to set up. I did a test run over several hours with the device set on "cool" and measured the air temperature, water usage (to confirm that it really was evaporating) and relative humidity. I even used the "freezer bottles" for part of the test. The air temperature drop was a good deal less than one degree Centigrade. I have a well insulated modern house, it was a normal size room and there was no other heat sources in the room except me. I returned the product.
