You Get What You Pay For
I ordered 3 after reading the reviews that these have some quality issues. It's true, the staves are cheap, the fabric needs to be hemmed/sealed and steamed, but the colors are great and these fans are perfectly adequate.

It was perfect . Meets my expectations
It was light and easy to handled

Great value
You can't beat the price on these fans. With that said, the quality is what you'd expect for the price point. One of these fans came with a finished, scalloped, edge and the other one came with a fraying, unfinished edge. I ended up having to serge the ends of both fans so the one would stop unravelling and fraying and the other would have an edge to match. Overall, these were perfect for dancing and function well.

I used this for a dance in ministry. It worked prefect .

VERY DISAPPOINTED
IT IS NOT A COLORFUL FAN. Very different to what I ordered, I paid for a colorful fan and it came only blue. I was thinking of returning it but I did not have time to return it for the event.

Definitely made out for cheaper material but great for starting out

IT's a GOOD FAN,
This fan is Beautiful and will last longer than the other silk ones, why? Because the silk is thicker than the others but is light weight. the bamboo is good but what caught my attention is the little nail that hold everything is a GOOD ONE. this nail has 2 ball points in either side that will prevent the bamboo from falling apart. for the money THIS FAN IS A MUST. Now the end came already frayed but nothing a candle couldn't handle, I burned Carefully all the ends and I know for experience that they will last 3 years of full use. if something happens candle it again. Mine came with a hole almost in the middle but i burned it together and shut it.

Inexpensive Dance Fans
These inexpensive fans are beautiful. The fabric is shiny and vibrant, pictures don't do it justice. The fans and fabric are glued together and should be treated gently. I have taken mine to several festivals, they frayed at the ends a bit, but they look great. $10/ for 2. Awesome deal for the price.
