Excellent piece of use. Bought my 94yr old mother a new TV but remote to complex. This is perfect for the elderly. Easy to set up - enter TV code supplied and works perfectly. Highly recommended

Mum has dementia, I was getting phone calls almost everyday as she was pressing the keys on the other remote so hard they were sticking inside the remote. It was really easy to set up and mum has not had to ask for help with the TV since. It's also good that it's white as it makes it easier to find.

Bought this for a relative with dementia. Much easier for them to manage. Easy to set up. Dropped one star as we had to cello tape the battery compartment to avoid it being opened by the user.

Purchased for an elderly relative. Great item good size and simple to use. The only downside is that it can be a bit tricky to slide down the bottom section to reveal the numbers on the controller, a flip down section would be more beneficial for someone with joint trouble.

Brother has dementia and was having difficulty with a TV remote. The flipper has only basic functions I.e. up and down arrows for changing channels and another for volume control. Much simpler for him

Build quality very good. Lot's of codes to try, but none worked the STB

Excellent, easy for poor sighted relative to use. You do need to enter a code (supplied in a long list) to pair with tv.
