Short XLR Cables 2ft 2 Pack, XLR Microphone Cable Nylon Braided

I have used 2ft XLR cables from this vendor previously. They work fine. No discernible issues. I like them. This review is for the *1 ft* XLR cables. The main issue with these is that they are simply too short - cable itself is 7.5"; the overall length, including connectors, is 13". I asked Rufus whether the 1 ft length included connectors or whether that length referred to the cable itself. Rufus answered incorrectly: it told me that the 1 ft length referred to the cable itself. And indeed, the website appears (also incorrectly) to corroborate Rufus's assertion: "Please note that xlr cables mic cord length is measured from XLR connector to XLR connector, length option: 1ft, 2ft, 3ft, 6ft, 10ft, 15ft, 25ft" --- OK, those of us who use short cables are aware of this type of problem, as it its common. Which is why we have to ask up front: just how long is the cable itself? We choose a short length for a reason: we don't want unnecessary, extra length, but we also don't want exceedingly short length, either - like these "1 ft" cables. Especially when it comes to cables of 1 ft or shorter, *every inch counts.* Size matters! => A cable length of 7.5" is vastly different than a cable length of 12". 1 ft interconnects are not uncommon with rack mount equipment, but 7.5" is typically problematic. So these cables are likely going to be too short for actual use. So size matters, and telling the truth to customers also matters. This is the hosting corporation's problem, not the vendor's. And as mentioned, I actually like these XLR cables in the 2 ft length. I just don't like having to return cables that are marketed as something other than what they are. It costs me time and money, and it shouldn't be necessary. Amazon support knows about this problem because I have had to bring it up on other occasions, previously. Free returns are of course appreciated, but less so when they are not "free" and are the result of the corporation's issue, not a particular vendor's.

Perfect short cable for jumper or going from a short mic receiver to mixer.

This is a reliable short XLR chord when you don't need extra cable laying around on the stage floor. I use the Glanics cord to go from my microphone to the in-ear wireless transmitter connected to my microphone cable. I play bass.

Exactly as stated. Quick shipping. Built strong and work well.

I dont give reviews due to the lack of honesty in the publication of said review. Amazon will not let you say anything remotely close to an honest review, instead they edit and deny publisizing reviews. Sad

Bien

I’ve used these twice now on jobs with wireless microphone receivers. Good length to use in a rack and seems to be a quality product.

Worked as expected.

Simple and easy, good quality.
