Call me crazy but, after I bathe, I like to be clean. And one thing I don't like is having residual fecal matter up inside me. So I wanted something to rinse out my bottom. This helpful device works perfectly and there is nothing else like it. The neck is long, soft to the touch, and firm yet pliable, so the device is comfortable to insert and easy to use. And the bulb is large enough to hold plenty of water to hose yourself out. The head has pinholes aimed in all directions, so when you squeeze the bulb, water is squirted everywhere inside you and it hoses you out very thoroughly. It takes some getting used to squeezing the large bulb with both hands; but once you do, you're glad it's that size because the volume fills your rectum perfectly and cleans you out so well. I tank up, do some abdominal yoga exercises to swoosh the water around internally, then let it out and repeat another two iterations. Honestly, there is nothing else like it. This device is perfect for daily/periodic self-cleansing, and for couples seeking cleansing prior to intimacy, as recommended by many sexologists. Highly recommended!

I find need of this kind of tool every so often. But because I'm not so flexible anymore (I'm in my early seventies), this is an easier and more reliable device that others I tried over the last few years. The soft, comfortable, flexible tip is the best part and being make of medical grade silicone (both bulb and tip) made it well work the price. Dead easy to clean. Also unlike other products, I expect this one will last a few years. Just be careful not to drop the back flow valve (housed inside the base of the nozzle tip) down the sink as I almost did. I would happily buy another should I need to do so. Highly recommended for the elderly and infirm.

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this enema bulb really exceeded my expectations. The silicone nozzle is super soft and flexible, making it WAY more comfortable than others I’ve tried. I also really appreciate that it bends cause some times enemas can cause irritation when they are built with stiff plastic.The anti-backflow design is a great feature too. It feels clean and safe, which is important with something like this.It’s well built, easy to clean, and does exactly what it’s supposed to. Definitely glad I picked this one—highly recommend if you're looking for something effective and user-friendly.

I love that this product is small but still holds enough water to not have to keep refilling. The tip is flexible and overall it’s super easy to clean.The tip also comes apart from the bottle and will attach to the shower nozzle .Overall it’s very affordable and great quality

(EDIT, May 2025: The seller did give me a refund, and I do appreciate their customer support. They were so kind. I would like to remove this review, as they requested, but this product is just too terrible not to warn potential customers. I truly feel for the seller, and I hope people don't blame them. You can tell they're dispirited, stuck selling something designed by a lunatic - hoping a few bought it just to display on a mantle or something).It's not the concept itself that's bad - it's the way the nozzle screw was designed. I have absolutely no idea what was going through the head of whoever designed the threads of this nozzle, but it's a catastrophe. Numerous times, I had to be feather-light in the torque I applied when hand-tightening it, because if I went a fraction of a millimeter too far it was extremely difficult to unscrew. Keep in mind that I'm hand tightening it - lightly. I'm not using a pneumatic F1 torque wrench. Yet, my hand is apparently just as strong because the extremely tiny threads seem to have fused themselves together.It seized. Permanently. And, no, I didn't simply turn it the wrong direction, tightening it by mistake (which shouldn't even be an issue if that were the case). This thing is straight-up welded together now. I had to fight with it so hard the nozzle and the cap the nozzle screws into completely separated from the bulb/bottle itself as one piece - and the spiral metal tubing inside the nozzle snapped apart. The seal is now broken and cannot be repaired without a very good waterproof adhesive - but what would be the point what with the nozzle being broken?I had hoped it'd be a bit easier to unscrew the parts now that it wasn't connected to anything. Nope! I tried everything to decouple the nozzle from the cap - a wrench, two wrenches simultaneously, my bare, dry hands, my teeth, a table vice and a large pair of pliers, heating/cooling the parts, everything. It wont budge.It's done for. I only had it for a couple weeks :(

Super great manual douche! Holds like 6ish ounces, so decent water capacity, pretty easy to clean and since it’s manual it doesn’t need charged! It functions well, especially for travel.
