Secret, most baked goods that call for vanilla, do add the vanilla and do 1/2 TSP of this as well. Pancake mix? Or from scratch, add vanilla and 1/2 tsp of this caramel emulsion. Add 1/2 teaspoon to any vanilla ice cream recipe - again, use vanilla and this as well. Best vanilla-ish caramel flavored vanilla ice cream ever. Great addition to vanilla or cream cheese icing as well. Stuff is bombtastic.

Nice, thick. Adds great, sweet flavor. Like that it comes in a set of 2. It is pricey. But, so far, this brand/package may be the most cost-effective.

I bought this brand based on the reviews. I don't know if the recipe has changed or not, but it is very bitter!! I wanted it to replace Watkins carmel flavoring, but the reviews for that brand said the recipe had changed and the new product wasn't very good. This is very thick and would require lots of sweetener to use. Definitely not good in iced coffee.
