Does this device have an alert when the batteries need to be replaced?

Thank you very much for your interest in our HENDUN power failure alarms. It has a low voltage alert function. Beeps “Du-Du” sound every 30 minutes when battery-voltage is lower than 3.6V. Please change the batteries in time or use rechargeable batteries.

How does this plug into "any 240v outlet" when 240v has a different prong configuration. Is an adapter included?

Will this alert your phone, if outlet trips?

It states the working temperature is from -23f - about 15f. texas garages can be over 100f in the summer time. what is the real working temperature?
