I’m genuinely impressed with this faucet. The install was SUPER easy, and that’s because the design is clearly well thought out. The hardware is detailed and high quality, and everything fit together the way it should (no guessing, no struggling, no “why doesn’t this line up?” moments). You can tell this was engineered for a smooth DIY install, which I really appreciated. Once installed, it immediately upgraded the look of my kitchen. It has a clean, modern style and looks way more expensive than I expected. But it’s not just pretty — the design is extremely functional in everyday use. Everything feels intuitive, sturdy, and practical, like they actually considered how people will use it day-to-day. Another big win: the filter is very easy to put in. The whole filter setup feels simple and straightforward, and swapping it doesn’t feel like it’s going to turn into a project. And lastly, I have to call out the customer service — support has been fantastic. It was easy to reach them, and they got back to me really quickly. That kind of responsiveness is rare and made the experience even better. Overall, this is an easy 5 stars from me: easy installation, great design, great looking faucet, simple filter process, and excellent support. Highly recommend!

At a point where I needed to buy more filters for my Brita pitcher, that I used for drinking water and coffee maker, I explored options for faucets that provided filtered water and was delighted to find this one at such a reasonable price! We finally had our faucet installed this week, and I really like it! I was concerned that the small lever used for turn on/off and temperature would not be ideal but, actually, I find it easier and less messy than my previous larger handle, as far less water is splashed when maneuvering -- plus there is no worry about fingerprints. Both the stream and spray options on the regular faucet work well and, although the extension sprayer option is much shorter than my previous faucet's, the spray is so strong that it shouldn't be a problem. The addition of filtered water directly from the faucet is a huge benefit. Though the stream from the spout is slower and smaller than expected, which means more time to fill glasses or pots, it will work. Also, as it is new and was installed by a plumber (who was impressed with the faucet), I don't know if the filter was properly installed or if the slower water flow is due to a greater amount of contaminates in my water. I will be interested to see if it works better when a filter change is required and I can see what is going on. Supposedly, the filters can last up to six months, which may not be the case for me --- but it shouldn't be as frequent as my pitcher required. All in all, so far I am pleased with my purchase and the quality and appearance of this faucet. I will update if there are changes in my opinion ... but I'm looking forward to years of a good filtered water source for drinking and cooking, not to mention a tad more counter space from getting rid of the water pitcher.

I had this in my cart for the longest. Then switched up last minute to another style with the rainfall effect, which was great except for a small design flaw of the waterfall being too close to the sink. Seeing that that wouldn't work for me, I went back to order this and it was delivered overnight. It was straightforward and to the point: in parts, instructions and assembly. I had it up and running in under an hour and it basically checked all the boxes. The water pressure was strong, with no noticeable decrease when the second tap is run simultaneously. The faucet was at a good height, which would allow for a bucket or tall pitcher to fit in the sink easily. And the sprout aim allows the water to run directly into the sink hole. This allows one to stand straight while using it, thus making leaning unnecessary. The cons however, are the hot water runs when the lever is pushed back (to the right) which I corrected by switching the water hoses at the outlets. Also, the switch button for changing from stream to spray seem filmsy. I had thought it was broken when I first brought it out of the box. I think it needs some "bite" to it. In addition, the connection to the water outlet at the initial run had minor leaks, which was completely absent in the first faucet I had bought and installed previously. Finally, I fixed the leak by unscrewing and using a flat screwdriver to press the rubber washer inside the nut down, and viola! Perfect system in place. It's worth a try.

The FEELSO kitchen faucet arrived nicely packed. Upon opening the box, we were impressed with the quality of the faucet. As for installing it, we had to purchase some items in order for it to fit with our fixture. So, for some people, it may not be an out-of-the-box installation, without needing extra fixtures. It was simple to install. However, I think the base could be either a little wider or thicker, so it won't wobble a bit when pulling down on the hose. I also think the faucet should have an indicator light when it's time to replace the filter. The water pressure is great, especially when using the sprayer setting. The weight of the faucet is sufficient, not too heavy or too light. It's a great value for the money. The size is perfect for our double sink. I would recommend this faucet.
