High quality across the board...
Fee Bros' bitters are among the best and offerings are many. The Whiskey Barrel-Aged Bitters are wonderful with rye and bourbon based cocktails. Use in extraordinary Manhattan using any high quality rye, or bourbon if you prefer.Highly recommend!

Distinct, delicious, but not perfect
These bitters really add a nice oak-y, whiskey note to cocktails and have a superb and complex flavor. However, they are rather specialized, best suited to a fairly narrow range of cocktails, and their price is rather high. I'm glad I have them, but I wouldn't say they're for everyone.

Great taste, works well in a variety of drinks
This is a great bitters. It has a very full, complex flavor that works well as a unique alternative in any drink that calls for Angostura bitters (they certainly don't taste the same, this just seems to work well for the same drinks), and especially complements any whiskey/brandy/cognac-based drink well.

Like drinking a shot of fireball
This has an overwhelming cinnamon taste, which isn't really stated anywhere in the packaging. I can detect a note of the whiskey barrel used to age the bitters, but otherwise I feel like I'm drinking fireball on the rocks when trying to make an old fashioned.Supposedly this recipe changes from year to year though - this bottle was purchased in 2015. Hope they switch it up a bit next year.

Hand's down, the best Manhattan bitters.
The cinnamon notes in this bitters recipe is hands down the best for Manhattan or Old Fashioned cocktails. This product, Carpano Antiqua sweet vermouth, and Luxardo cherrries are my combined secrets to the best Manhattan, bartending in my very touristy area. I get compliments constantly on my Manhattans, and I give all credit to these three amazing products, no matter what Whiskey , Bourbon or Rye I use. You seriously cannot go wrong with this bottle of bitters.

One of my favorite bitters
Best on top of an old fashioned. 5 drops.Muddle a nice sugar cube with the normal bitters ~ for me, 5 angostura and 1 fee old fashioned.Add 2oz rye. Mastersons if can. Willett otherwise. Something besides old overholt. Don't make an old fashioned with Handy, except on rare occasions when you just want to celebrate how awesome it is. Twist of lemon. Or orange (only if you flame it).

Strong cinnamon taste, excellent in an old fashion.
On the other hand, the only thing I put these bitters in is an old-fashioned.

For Remarkably Better Bitters
For the smoothest Manhattans ever. I didn't like drinking Manhattans until I tried one in a bar and it tasted like a different drink. The bartender revealed this was his secret. Sure enough, he was right. So should I bring this bottle of bitters to every other bar I go to?
