A good cheap protractor
For the price this is well made I have used it for setting angles on drill bits when re-sharpened. AGood addition to the tool-box

Inacurate
How can one measure angles correctly, if even the base of the tool (the base of the half moon) is not straight? This results in about 2-3 degrees inaccuracy. I will send it back.

It's seen protracted use
I absolutely LOVE this tool. The marker needle and brass screw let you set it with faultless accuracy, and the long steel extension arm makes transferring an angle (such as for a guitar headstock or setting a neck back angle) absolutely effortless.For the pennies it costs, it's one of the most useful tools in a Luthiers arsenal.

Der Spruch stimmt nicht immer: "Wer billig kauft, kauft 2x" In diesem Fall ist es so- Dünnblech, da hätte es Plast wohl auch getan.
