I bought this for torn ligaments in the arch and ball of my foot, and the first minute of use did cause pain .. but at the same time I could feel it was going to be ok. Sure enough, after the initial "OUCH" it really does help with getting the oedema back in the right place after letting it pool up from lying down or sleeping.I found it best to use sitting on my bed after first waking up. Tender at first but then soothing.Good, solid rubber build.

Essentially a meat tenderiser for your feet. The best relief I’ve had from plantar faciitis from anything I’ve tried so far. The curve in the centre means you can target the inner arch of your foot really well, and the whole piece rolls nicely without straying. Don’t know why I waited so long to get one.
