Stop working after less than 3 months!!!
The fan inside of train stopped working after about 3 months—stopped “steaming” like it did before. Very disappointing, as it was purchased in June and only lasted less than 3 months….and yes I did clear it according to directions…..

Cute would make a great gift
The media could not be loaded. Looks great and runs great. Wish there was a light option for fade to both colors but not that important.

Broken Busted and Sad
The media could not be loaded. I received the first one which was broken. In hopes of getting the next one unbroken, the hopes were shattered immediately. The buttons are mashed in so unless you know how to set up a circuit board you can’t fix it. Sad that neither of them worked and that I have to return both of them, but that’s what happens when you buy an instagram product.

Disappointed in quality
It's cute, but that's about it... It's cheap quality for the price. That's a shame because it's absolutely adorable. Used it about 5 times before the top wasn't fitting right and the smell wasn't as strong, the buttons started sticking. I was disappointed...

It works as advertised
This defuser is nice and quiet, works for hours on lower setting. Two different color lights. I like it 😊

This thing is ahhhmazing! It smells up the entire room and last several hours! you can change the color from orange to blue. It doesn't look like a flame flickering, but it does look completely real! I love the smokestacks. Overall great addition!

Worked great until it didn’t
I bought this is may, but I had surgery in June so I didn’t use it much, started using it again in middle of September, it’s march 8th and it hasn’t worked this month at all.. it turns on but that’s about it! I wish someone would respond to this message.
