I cannot give this product a good review as the velcro isn't strong enough to hold the support in place. Any small movement and straps come off and the support doesn't hold your posture in place.

Shoulder straps at front can be annoying. They need a centre attachment to pull them both in.

Great for posture. Unlike the ones you see on other sites, this one has support ribs in the back that hold it in place by molding it to your back. It doesn't ride up or down if you put it on correctly, snugly to the curve of your back. You don't have to pull the shoulder part very hard enough to feel your shoulders move into the correct position. This is big, it doesn't pinch under your arms like others do. I wear it over a light T-shirt to avoid getting sweaty and sticky. About a half hour a day of wear trains your muscles to stand straight, without any discomfort.
