We bought this for bread making and it’s AMAZING! This is not the first one we’ve had over the bears but it IS the best and most convenient. We live full time in a camper so space is at a premium. It’s why we gave away our previous dough mat. We love this one folds, it can be used in the oven and the SIZE! *chef’s kiss* I can not say enough good things about this mat. The size is amazing! The very first words in this product's details are "Double Thickness and Extra Large". The latter is definitely true, but the former is demonstrably false. This mat is about half as thick as the other smaller ones we have in the house.Barring that, it's still sturdy enough to work with and it functions as a silicone dough mat should. The large size is definitely great for rolling out homemade pizza dough, something we've only recently started doing. Only time will tell if it'll hold up to repeated use but so far we're not disappointed with it.
