For years my husband used Neutrogena Triple Protect Face Lotion and really liked it. He is not a skincare guy and only started using this after my mother gifted it to him but then the product was discontinued and by then he had become accustomed to using product on his face and wanted a replacement. While researching to try to find something to replace it I found that really that product included not so healthy ingredients. I found Brickell and liked that the ingredients appeared to be safe and more straight forward. I was hesitant because of the price because it was higher than I was spending on my own skincare. I bought the sample kit and my husband liked it so I purchased the full size Anti-Aging Day Cream. He really liked the texture and how his face felt moisturized after using it. When I repurchased I bought the Day and Night Anti Aging Cream Routine Set. He does not use them as a day and then night cream; he just uses 1 after his shower. He also uses the eye cream and likes how easily it goes on. Brickell had a sale and so I wanted to take the opportunity to have my husband try other facial skincare products: I chose the Retinol Face Moisturizer Cream. Once this arrived , I tried to explain to my husband how to incorporate this product and what it was supposed to do (Again I do not have a skincare guy). While I was explaining my husband was looking in the mirror and suddenly said he could not find 2 dark spots one on either side of his face. He couldn't believe it and neither could I but after about a year of using the Day and Night Anti Aging Cream Routine Set, NO MORE DARK SPOTS! Honestly I am jealous because I use and have used many, many different skin-lightening, supposedly dark spot lightening products including prescription and NONE of them have worked. That these products - his first real skincare - did this is so impressive. I love my husband so much, spots and all but am happy that these products have helped make him happy. After almost a month of using the Retinol Face Moisturizer Cream, immediately after his shower, he says that he likes how little is needed and that it makes his skin feel moisturized for a long time - which is what he wants. He feels that he has not used it long enough to see any effect wrinkles and he honestly does not expect any topical to reduce them. I am happy to have found Brickell in the sea of skincare options out there and will definitely continue to purchase the Eye Cream and the Day and Night Anti Aging Cream Routine Set. After he finishes the Retinol Face Moisturizer Cream, I will see if he wants to continue with that product but I should mention (take note Brickell Marketing) that he considers this product a moisturizer not a retinol with some moisturizer because retinol is in tiny letters and moisturizer is in LARGE letters. Also, although I have explained, he really does not know what a retinol is and considers the Anti-Aging Day/Night Creams to be the stronger products with regard to anti-aging properties.

I’ve been using Brickell’s Retinol Face Moisturizer Cream for several weeks and overall, I think it’s a quality product. As far as I can tell, this face cream is a combination of Brickell’s Revitalizing Anti-Aging Cream and Retinol Serum, meaning it contains Hyaluronic Acid and Retinol, giving you the benefit of both of those products.I agree with many of the other reviewers, that the cream is easy to apply, it absorbs quickly into your skin and does not leave you feeling greasy. After using it for a few weeks it has helped even out my skin tone on my cheeks and forehead. So, I am pleased with those results.I did check, and there is less retinol in this product than the Retinol Serum, so if you have had issues with Retinol in the past, this could be a good option for you. Regardless, I would still apply sunscreen in the morning before heading out and Bickell has options for you to choose from.
