Works fantastic!
Easy to use!! We've made so much cotton candy!! And I never knew there were so many flavors of sugar floss!! Definitely worth the money. And another buyer suggested 75 as being the perfect setting, they were pretty accurate!

Used for 2 mo. & it just quit working. Followed all the trouble shooting steps, still no power.
Very disappointed, was used maybe twice a week.

Takes awhile to heat up
I bought this to be able to use at my concession stand rather than caring around my old machine that has the whole cart attached to it. This machine either gets too hot to wear. It starts burning the flossine, or doesn’t heat up hot enough at all

Worked great!
Used it for a school event for 3 hours. It worked great. You have to get it to 75 volts - manual doesn’t tell you, but it’s the sweet spot. It was fantastic! Worked great, easy ish to clean. You have to clean it as you go, but it was a real hit!
