Great variety bag of massage and therapy balls. The spiked balls are great for those with Plantar Fasciitis. I also have really bad neck pain and knots which is why I really like the cork roller and the smallest sized ball. I get a lot of use out of all of them and love that they come in there very own mesh bag. Mainly because my Dachshunds would love the opportunity to get ahold of them if given the chance. Great price for everything you receive!

I bought this set after the recommendation of foot exercises from my physio. I am delighted with my purchase, as there are different balls that can be used for different exercises and the foam roller was great the first time when I had to release a foot tendonitis that was too painful to relieve straight with the ball.I keep on using them now, and I have also tried the smooth balls for shoulder tension release. The work really well.
