Ginger moderates the sweetness
This is delicious! Nowadays I find marmalade too sweet, even when it's just juice and fruit. But the ginger matches the sweetness perfectly

Great on toast for breakfast. bit more interesting than plain marmalade. Unfortunately no longer stocked by my local supermarket so had to buy online. The jam arrived safely and well packaged.
