Excellent home exercise machine
This is an excellent home exercising machine that doesn’t take a lot of space. I really love how compact it is and how smoothly it works. I love that this machine has attached resistant bands, which helped me balance better while exercising compared to not holding to anything. The resistant bands are good for upper body exercising and stretches. I can also use them without using the machine, which is a huge bonus. I really love this mini stepper and I highly recommended to anyone.

What a work out!
This is some seriously nice quality equipment! I have definitely been feeling the burn and actually had to take a break from working out for 3 days with how sore my legs were just after 30 minutes on this. Than again I am incredibly put of shape! This came already assemble out of the box which I love! It is incredibly easy to use and makes no noise and performs wonderfully. It's a bit on the heavy side but, still easy to move around and pick up. It came woth batteries already in which is great and I love that it keeps track of everything! The instructions were easy to understand and even cane with stretching tips. I don't really know what the hand things are for other than I woul have to agree maybe they're for balance as someone else said because they aren't mentioned in the instructions or anything they're just kinda "there"? And they can be removed easily if you feel tou don't need them. This product is definitely worth it and I'm so happy to add to my workout routine!

Easy to incorporate into workouts
This is such an easy, accessible way to get in some extra steps and cardio in each day! Even five or ten minutes gets your heart pumping, and when you add in the resistance bands, it really amps up the effects. I do wish it had a way to change resistance on the stepper, but you can kind of work around it depending on your strides. It's a bit squeaky, but I don't mind it. It's really lightweight and so easy to move around and store.
