So far love it!
Full transparency we've only had this for about two weeks now and we've used it about four times and absolutely no issues. It is incredibly easy to use. It is so sharp looking in terms of its appearance, it is so easy to clean out the basket and so far from what we can tell, it works incredibly well in terms of suction, movement throughout the pool and one of the coolest features that I absolutely love is the ability to select the mode that you want. one of the modes that has the ability to just clean the pool floor is the dirtiest section of the pool at the moment and that is a really cool feature that we love. Highly recommend again this is having it for about two weeks and using it a handful of time so far. I will also add that it charges very quickly

If it worked, it would be perfect.
The design was excellent and easy to use. The basket was simple to remove and clean. Overall the product would have been perfect had it actually worked. When we first put it in, we set it to floor mode (didn't need the walls done at the time). The machine immediately went to the deep end of the pool and proceeded to go back and forth in the exact same spot for well over an half an hour. I used the hook to remove the machine and brought it to the shallow end. It almost instantly made it's way back to the deep end and again went back and forth in the same exact area. It seems to have an issue keeping on a planned path, the angled floor bottoms cause issues for it. This machine may work fine for pools of a single depth, but for pools of different depths, I could not recommend it. As it is, this product rates very poor since it ultimately does not work as desired/expected.

Cut the cord, I’m impressed!!
The media could not be loaded. Well just got done with the first run on this puppy. I decided to upgrade from a corded Polaris model, nothing wrong with it just got sick of trying to roll up the cord each time. They stated 150 min of runtime….i got 250 on the first go after the initial charge! At first I’m like all this thing does is the walls. It spent like 2.5 hours on the walls, a quick reread of the manual explained why. In auto mode it doesn’t start on the floor until the battery drops below 50%, makes sense. I have a rectangular fiberglass pool with stairs in both corners of the shallow end and a ledge all the way around the deep end. It did a real good job of cleaning and it only got hung up on the stairs once but got out of it after a few minutes. It climbed tbe walls and cleaned the waterline on the tiles with ease! During cleaning I had my pump/filter shut off and this helped a lot. After it made a lap through the sand on the bottom you could see a nice clean path behind it. It couldn’t get few spots where the walls meet the floor but I helped a little by brushing the sand in front of it, just a couple swipes. It has a navigation system that allows it to do nice laps back and forth but I’m not sure it actually maps the pool and with no app I’ll probably never know. Not a big deal and I didn’t pay $1800 for it either. Kind of the KISS methodology push a button put it in the water and forget about it. I’m going to try the eco mode next where you leave it in the pool for a week and it comes on at night and cleans just the floor for 45 minutes every 48 hours…..yep you just leave it in the pool! I know it’s new and I’ll update this after I get a little more time under my belt with it. Right now I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. One more thing there was a (2024 updated) version and a “newer model” the (2024 new) version. Not sure of the difference but the one I ordered (new) version comes from Aiper in California so it took like a week to get to Florida (battery so ground transport only) I assume. Anyway the other version comes from Amazon so only a couple days. You decide?

Pool game changer!
I’ve never had an inground pool, and this vacuum has been a game changer! It’s super easy to use, clean, and does a good job! I charge it every night and use it every day. We love watching it climb the walls and work. You can literally see where it has cleaned! Worth the money for sure!

has a hard time navigating, it cleans the bottom ok
Charges nice, easy to clean. My pool is small, and kidney bean shaped, vinyl lined, and the deep end slopes up 45 degrees for about 2 feet before the 90 degree slope up to the surface. Aiper has a very hard time navigating these surface transitions using the setting that cleans both wall and bottom. It gets confused and doesn't do well to clean either surface. When setting is just the pool bottom, it does a better job cleaning the bottom, but there is still debris and dirt. It does not clean the walls well, but it does climb them and creates the appearance that it is doing something. Not sure how, but it has gotten itself stuck in between the rungs of the ladder on 3 separate occasions, and the chances of that happening should be very low. I'm wondering if there is a system memory aspect for pool surface mapping, but I don't think there is one. The hook attachment that came with this project doesn't fit into the pole, and often falls off when attempting to retrieve the vacuum. Looks to be a manufacturing design flaw.

Amazing
This vacuum is awesome! It's amazing at climbing our walls we have a 24ft round hardshell pool. It cleaned up very well even the very tiny sand particles, its honestly the easiest vacuum I've ever cleaned out push button pull up clean out and the collection basket is very large. The charge does last longer when not cleaning the walls. But we love this vacuum!

IT DID NOT CLEAN AT ALL!!
We had high expectations for this, it is really expensive, and we thought it would actually clean the pool, it had a lot of debris from the opening and we used this vacuum at least 5 times to end up returning it, it did not clean or suction anything, my husband had to hand clean everything with a manual vacuum with batteries and it cleaned better than this.I am not sure if I was sent a defective product, but seeing all this videos and pictures I thought it was a great tool.I was not for us. That we are still looking for an actual vacuum that works. Also, I am not sure if the reviews come from people who actually bought this product, but I wish it would have worked as advertised. It only moved the dust and debris around and when all sit again, it was there, nothing cleaned. After several tries. We gave up and sent it back.I hope it works for the rest.
