Great moisturizer! Takes a bit to soak/rub in but leaves my skin very soft. My husband also says he notices an improvement in my face and neck already! My hands get really dry easily and with this I notice I’m not applying lotion as often. I also like that it’s not scented so it doesn’t clash with my perfume. I didn’t realize the jars are so small, if you plan to use this as a whole body moisturizer be prepared to spend some money! I initially bought 3 tubs to get the shipping perks (I use body lotion daily and would use them) so I have one on my desk, one by the couch, and one in the bathroom. Will definitely be buying again when I begin running out.

I am very satisfied with this tallow, it is a nice feel on my skin and is not greasy feeling at all. It also is very moisturizing on my face. I have combination skin but also live in a dry climate so my skin can be very dry in the summer months and this tallow moisturizes my skin without causing it to break out.

I have dry flaky skin and this product is like the natural skin oil I’ve lacked my entire life. All the moisturizers I’ve tried will soothe and hydrate for a few hours, but this product makes my skin feel balanced and sealed with hydration all day. I wish I found it sooner.

I suffer from seborrheic dermatitis and have had a bad break out since the end of November. I haven’t been able to find relief since then either. (The only picture I have of the outbreak is of behind my ears when the outbreak started)I bought some rosemary hair oil for seborrheic dermatitis but it just made my scalp more flaky and didn’t help - with the irritation, redness, NOTHING - but the oil had almost 5 stars. Wonderful.I’ve only had this product for two days and already the flakiness is 90% cleared up around the crown of my head and behind my ears. The irritation I had before is gone along with the itchiness. I’ve also used this on my whole body and face.I also want to point out the ingredients and how it doesn’t have that many or ones you wouldn’t be familiar with. Big plus in my book.It’s not too thick, after using it on my face it feels like a nightly skin moisturizer, you can still feel it on your skin but it’s not too thick or greasy, at least for me. It’s easy to apply, melts when rubbing your hands together. I find it better to work in small sections on your body for best results because a little doesn’t go a long way. Also been storing it in the fridge. The consistency reminds me of a harder cold coconut oil but less greasy.I will be giving an update in a few weeks but I do have it in my cart to buy again because I feel like it’s worth the money even if it’s a small jar. It’s not too thick for me and my skin absorbs it easily. I already feel softer, my face has a nice glow and I lowkey like the smell. I am curious to know if it’ll cause my face to break out but again, I’ll be giving an update after a few weeks.2/14 UPDATE: I found this to be the "knockoff" version of a family owned beef tallow that is priced around $30. Which I did buy instead of a second jar of this product. That jar was actually WHIPPED beef tallow and came in a glass jar where the URQT again, was like buying coconut oil - compact and hard but would melt in your hands. And the jar is plastic. One thing I did notice was the other product listed all the oils they use and URQT doesn't.This product is cheaper and leaves you shinny after use but I didn't find that it would stain my clothing, it stayed on my skin. It's not whipped. It lasted longer than the other whipped tallow but I think it's mostly due to this product being more compact. My skin liked the other tallow better from what I noticed - it absorbed it better and I wasn't shinny or greasy but my skin was so dry that I had to keep applying. I would buy the whipped one again but for the price and how dry my skin is, I'm buying a second jar of URQT. Once I get my skin under control I think I'll switch back to the Hearth & Homestead tallow unless I find another one I like.

Ok... had this about a month. You don't need to use much. It's whipped and light and doesn't feel oily. Hoping to see the clock off time that marched over my face, maybe be the fountain of youth! It also doesn't really have a smell which is nice!

I’ve been using this beef tallow as a natural moisturizer, and my skin loves it! It’s rich, deeply hydrating, and works wonders on dry patches. A little goes a long way definitely a new skincare staple for me.

I purchased this because my daughter had a jar of the same stuff. It had a fresh light smell and was very creamy. I ordered it while she was still staying with me. When I got the jar it was completely different from what she had. I noticed people left reviews that the formula changed. I still like it but it is grainy, sticky and has no fragrance.

I did not give it 4 stars because it is not whipped at all. Actually, it is super hard but now that I have used in for a while, I don't mind that it is that consistency and very little product is needed. I use in on my face and night before bed. When I wake up my skin is very moisturized and there is no product left over on my eye mask or pillow. Other reviews talked about a bad smell, but mine has no smell at all.
