These are a great addition to my pool gear. They're easy to put on, and then I'm straight into my pool workout. They provide a good challenge and resistance. Overall, a great product!

This swim aquatic scuffs are comfortable, lightweight, and perfect for poolside use. They offer good grip on wet surfaces and dry quickly. However, durability might be an issue with frequent use but value of money is very great.

These do work well for the purpose intended. The down side is they have a super tight fit that gets uncomfortable after 10 minutes of use.They are a bit difficult to put on for older adults, younger adults it is easy to put on.They do help create the resistance needed for muscle tone.

I wanted these to work but I couldn't get them adjusted after many tries without my ankle hurting

I was very excited to receive these cuffs as I adore swimming and would love to add some "weight" to increase my stamina. Unfortunately, as I am overweight (and I assume that is the problem) the cuffs presented a lot of difficulty getting on. They could not be opened sufficiently wide as that would surely break the strong foam. I then attempted to slide my foot into one almost as if I was struggling to get into very high heels with my foot jammed up to an almost vertical line. I worked and reworked my foot and eventually I was able to get it on—but it had no hope off closing; the gap in the foam part was at least 2 inches and probably three inches apart. Far too much of a gap to do anything for my legs and that is the part of my body I hoped to add extra tension to. (I did try it on my wrist and got it on there with no issues. But that wasn’t the reason I ordered it.)So if it didn’t work for me, why three stars? Because it seems well made. The foam is solid and feels unusually sturdy. The separate Velcro strap is well designed to hold the foam together tightly to ensure a good fit for some, maybe many. I wonder if this could have been designed to open up completely in half so you could slip your foot it and then adjust the strap. As it is now, it is sadly not available to me.Semi-recommended; fit is an issue.

I'm tall and plus size and didn't know of it would work. The cuff had an S pattern slit so it will fit regardless off the size.You then have velcro around the outside to secure it tight.I like aqua zumba and water aerobics and already got water weights. This is great to add more resistance to the workout while keeping low impact for my joints. I am amazed these fit mu big feet. Easy to put on and off and cute

These are light, portable, and interesting to use as, rather than creating a drag, they make your legs more buoyant!
