I am satisfied with the water purifier's quality, ease of installation, and water saving.I find it reliable, easy to use, and a solid contender in the water purification market. The product has a nice look and color, and is well-designed. I consider it a good value for money.I also appreciate the taste and speed. However, some have mixed opinions on its functionality.

I had a very disappointing experience with this product. First, the installation took 5 full days, which was frustrating. Despite multiple follow-ups, there was no urgency or proper coordination from the service team. I even had to pay extra for installation, which added to the cost.To make matters worse, the product stopped working right after installation. I was told a technician would visit "today or tomorrow," but no fixed time was given. The lack of proper communication and delayed support clearly shows that customer service is not a priority for this brand.Now, I’m stuck with a non-functional product, and if I return it, I not only lose time and energy but also the money I paid for installation. This is extremely unfair to customers.I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone. A product should come with reliable support, especially when issues arise right at the beginning. Sadly, that wasn’t the case here.
