No issuse
These work exactly as the should. They fit well and are more comfortable than other brands I've tried I use these daily so I think I have a good idea on comfort as these go, also no funny smell from these and its a great value for the money I give these 5 stars

Commodity grade high flow cannulas are fine
These appear to be very similar to the other high flow cannulas I have, right down to the acrid sort of nail polish remover smell they off gas - I have no idea why that is a common thing for nasal cannulas but I would really like some that don't smell like that.Anyways, these are fine. Nothing outstanding about them good or bad. They are what they claim to be in the listing. The "crush" resistant tubing with channels in it does seem to resist kinks stopping air flow.
