Not sure where the 'natural or safe' claim stems from...?Or the 'peppermint oil' as the title suggests...?This is only 5% peppermint oil (or claims to be on the ingredient list) I couldn't smell any peppermint?It smells SO TOXIC kind of like a paraffin heater oil odor, I couldn't quite determine what exactly it was...But so awful I guess it sure would scare a rat away, but I couldn't bare the toxic smell and had to return it after one use...?

Product works have not had any issues with rodents spray basement every 2 weeks

I liked the idea of a "natural" product to discourage outdoor pests that were destroying my flowers in beds. However I discovered that if I accidentally sprayed some on the plants, it would kill them. Not what I wanted. I also found that I needed to reapply it every day for it to have any efficacy. The product is too expensive to accomplish that. I would not buy it again.

I really like the scent of this. I think it works ans I do like the concept. It is natural and I feel good about using it.

Who put out baits and traps and got nothing. I used this spray on all three of their holes and the rats were gone within days. Highly recommend this products.

Easy to use just shake it and spray keep spiders away and other bugs used on wasps nest to keep them from coming back

The only good thing I can say is it smells good. Save your money.
