I don’t have a scientific lab so I can’t speak to what this little jar actually contains. The resin is very thick and stretchy, black and glossy, and tastes pretty good. I feel like I have experienced a better energy level and increased resistance to my usual array of colds and infections since I have started taking it, but that could be coincidence. I will probably keep using it since it seems to be helping, is reasonably priced and pleasant to take.

This shilajit is very thick and great quality and the taste and consistency are spot on. The jar is small, but a little goes a long way and this amount will last you a long time. Shilajit is fantastic for your health and it's packed with so many minerals and elements that you might be deficient in. I have been a fan of shilajit (mumio) long before it went viral and it definitely does what it's supposed to. Definitely recommend it.

This product is total garbage they add Stevia to it without making it clear and known so the taste is kind of masked but it does not have much potency at all and they call it an ointment on the box which is very suspicious wondering if it's actually food grade or if they're lab reports or even valid. No noticeable energy or Vitality as I get with quality
