run a little small
These are nice pair of sparring shoes, they run a bit small, i even contacted customer service and they told me that they were men's size, fits up to men's 10.5, i am a women's 10 and the large ones are kind of small.

To my great surprise, my toes poke out but these shoes
I wear a size 12.5 and 13. I bought the XL size.To my great surprise, my toes poke out but these shoes. As a slight remedy, i adjust my toes.in a way that they are less exposed during sparring contact. Nevertheless, the quality is great.

These are really nice sparring boots
These are really nice sparring boots. They're very soft and lightweight. They do run small, however,so keep that in mind. I usually wear small in other sparring boots but I needed the medium in these.
