Smooth, Reliable, and Perfect for Daily Coffee Drinkers
If you go through coffee as quickly as my household does, the large can of Maxwell House is a lifesaver. It’s affordable, consistent, and delivers that classic, comforting flavor you expect from a long‑trusted brand. The aroma when you open the can is rich and inviting, and the grounds brew up smooth whether you use a drip machine, percolator, or reusable pod. What I appreciate most is the balance—never too bitter, never too weak. It’s the kind of coffee that works for early mornings, afternoon pick‑me‑ups, and even big family gatherings when you’re brewing pot after pot. The large size also means fewer grocery runs, which is always a win. If you want a dependable everyday coffee that won’t break the bank, this one absolutely does the job. A solid staple in our pantry.

Good Coffee!
Bought it because it was on sale and it's actually pretty tasty coffee. $11.00 a container is still pretty high priced, but alot cheaper then other brands and I have to have my coffee in the morning! :-)

tried Maxwell House again and like it
I have been buying darker roast coffees for some time now but recently I have been shopping for coffee I like AND would be willing to pay for. The issue of taste is as big as that of affordability. I had not tried Maxwell House in some years but decided to give it a try based on price and the fact that it is a name brand and hopefully a good quality of grounds--I have a good grinder but it's just not what I want to do to get a cup of coffee early in the morning. I ordered the Maxwell House Original from Amazon and was pleased with what I received. Without adjusting the amount of coffee I used I got a good smooth cup of coffee with good coffee taste. Apparently the Original medium roast is good enough. Upon opening the coffee I found that the grind looks like I like it and it smells like good coffee. I also noticed there are ten months left till the coffee's use by date. I have ordered a couple more Maxwell House Original Roasts.

Excellent Coffee!
Maxwell House tastes better than the high end coffee! A plus is the price. The same size would cost way more at my local grocery store.

Coffe for my trees and grass...
My trees and grass just love this - I mix the coffee with a 5 pound sack of Epsom Salts and spread it on my lawn and at the base of my trees during this dormant time of the year and then later again in the Spring - growth is sturdy and lush - better than all the commercial fertilizers I've ever used...
