BrooksWomen’s Ghost 16 Neutral Running Shoe

The Brooks Ghost 16 is a sleek, good looking, well fitting shoe, which I didn't order for running but because it is highly recommended by podiatrists to help with plantar fasciitis. Though I found it to be very comfortable with ample room in the toe box - even with a bunion - I returned it after comparing it with the Brooks Glycerin 20, which is like the Ghost on steroids. The Glycerin has the same comfortable fit but with additional cushioning, which didn't entirely eliminate my heel pain, but definitely reduced it. The Glycerin is a bit bulkier looking and slightly heavier, but still feels very lightweight and nimble. Both of these Brooks models have excellent qualities, but I chose the Glycerin over the Ghost for more pain relief of plantar fasciitis.

Great shoes, very comfortable. True to size for me. Hopefully I’ll get a couple years out of them since they were pricey.

I've suffered from achilles tendonitis for several years. I searched around for recommended work out shoes and this brand came up repeatedly in running forums. I love that they come in wide and extra wide options. The heel is very cushiony and overall these are extremely comfortable. Since I typically wear flat soled shoes they take some time getting use to when I wear them, but I did a 25 min walk with no pain or discomfort.

Although I returned these I did so hesitantantly. They were so comfy but alas they were too small. I LOVE Brooks Ghost shoes. Actually all Brooks are amazing but my favorite is the ghost series. These 16s differ from the 15s in the width of the toe box. They are more narrow, so for those with wide feet like myself these shoes probably aren't for you. I would highly suggest you look at the ghost 15s however! I kid you not they saved me from excruciating pain. I work in food service and I would be in tears halfway through my work day. By the time I got off I would be limping and miserable. I tried so many other shoes and nothing helped! Until I found Brooks. The ghost 15s could not be more comfortable! They are like walking on a cloud. They have great arch support, a mesh top which makes them less constrictive and more breathable than others shoes. They are hands down the best shoes I have tried. If you are considering purchasing them just do it! I promise you won't be disappointed! Especially if you've been in pain and need a shoe to help relieve it. I typically wear a size 8 1/2 wide and with the ghost 15s I purchased a 9 wide and they fit perfectly. The 9 regular ghost 16s were too narrow.

I really love my new Brooks! I've worn them 5-6 times and so far, they're very comfortable and I like that they have the extra cushion support in the soles. Great back support. They're really stylish too. I got white/ black so they go with everything. I would say that they run a tad small so I'd maybe go up 1/2 size.

I work standing all the time (hairstylist) but I've never had an issue with my feet. I got a part time job as a caregiver at an assisted living facility, and a couple mo ths in my right foot started to kill me during the day and night. I feared Plantar Fasciitis was setting in, so I read everything i could online to find a great pair of shoes and ordered this pair. They are amazing! I wouldn't say healed my foot, but I hardly ever have pain anymore! Well worth every single dollar. I will probably never order another brand or kind of shoe again. These are also so comfortable for walking lots of miles or hiking off trail in!

I've been a Ghost customer for eons. Purchased 1/2 size up on a nice white/tan pair and they are wonderful. After wearing for 3 weeks, they feel a bit small, so going to stretch them and hope to make a wee bit longer in length. I ordered another pair in black another 1/2 size up (yes, again) and these are a bit wide in the toe box, but length-wise they are much better. Could be my feet have changed, but a full size is a pretty good jump! I am still a fan and will buy again, but just a heads up, you may need to step "up" a half or whole size.

Die Turnschuhe sind die besten auf dem Markt, deshalb gebe ich 5 Sterne 🌟. Bequem und man schwebt auf Wolken. Ich habe ein Hallux Rigidus ( Arthrose) im Großzehgelenk, und mit dem Brokks keine Beschwerden. Mein Mann ist bei der DHL, und zieht auch nichts anderes mehr an. 👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Der Schuh ist sehr leicht, bequem und sieht dazu noch sehr schön aus. Er drückt nicht und entlastet die Gelenke. Lieferung und Qualität super!
